  • The organisers shall not be responsible to the participants/invitees/attendants/viewers, for any damage, or injury, to them in person or property, in the event of any disruption, stampede, civil commotion (riot) caused due to individual quarrel, dispute or natural events such as rain, fire, earthquake etc.
  • No participant can enter the ground without the garba pass.
  • Traditional Garba dress is compulsory for Male (Kurta & Pyjama) & Female (Chaniya Choli) respectively.
  • Participants must maintain discipline and code of conduct on the ground.
  • Participants found under the influence of alcohol/drugs/misbehaving will be handed over to the police and their “dancer pass” will be confiscated and no refund will be given. The decision in this regard of the organisers will be final.
  • In case of any calamities / rains / fire or other mishaps and legal hurdles, which may cause change of time, cancellation or part cancellation of the festival.
  • Timings of Garba shall be as decided by the government rules and regulations.
  • For any dispute or clarifications, the decision of Organisers shall be final. Any dispute to be settled under Vadodara jurisdiction only.
  • Parking near or at the venue premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. Organisers will not be held responsible for any damage or theft to any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the venue.
